We accept roles for PE and VC funds where we assist in making portfolio companies run smoothly and will be active in the management team/board of portfolio companies. In addition, our role is to network and identify interesting opportunities for the buy and build acquisitions. We mentor the management team and play an active role in assisting the team to create value.

We also assist clients to exit portfolio companies successfully and have the ability to generate good deals for the client and generate returns. Our active involvement often reduces management time on the exit.

We are also active in communicating performance to both the fund and investors. Stakeholder management is one of our key attributes.
